Insurance for Mass Timber Buildings

How are developers finding the insurance market for the mass timber market these days? I know that we worked closely with our insurer on Carbon12, and the long standing relationship helped us forge a new path for insuring the building, the likes of which no one in the US had seen before. That was 6+ years ago in Portland, OR at this point though, and I am curious what other developers are seeing across the country and Canada today.
